Summary/Abstract: When we talk about Romanian research in Hungary we refer to scientific research in various fields (ethnology, folklore, ethnography, history, linguistics, literature, etc.), conducted in the post-war period by Romanian researchers, both within the Romanian community in Hungary and from Romania, which were undertaken on the community of Romanians in Hungary, mainly on the Romanian historical community here. The results of scientific research are published over time in several cultural and scientific journals, published by the most important Romanian institutions in Hungary, where have published over the years the most important scientific and cultural personalities of the Romanian community in Hungary, but also researchers from Romania. In this paper are analyzed the most important moments related to the Romanian research in Hungary, from the post-war period, and also the most important of the Romanian publications from this historical period.
