Summary/Abstract: In the contemporary criminal law, as the prevailing theoretical understanding of Executorial participation in the realization of the crime, stands out material-objective theory, which is known as the "theory of control over the act". It is a deliberation which is positioned between dolus theory and formal objective theory. The author presents the basic assumptions upon which is this understanding established, and briefly looks at its impact on certain legal solutions on the Co-perpetration.
