Summary/Abstract: The anthropological perspective tries to balance the real living conditions, aiming at the behavior, values, expectations and possibilities of some groups. It does not limit itself to the stage of ascertaining, exemplifying or classifying a phenomenon, but tries to reveal the motivations and meanings of its representations. Anthropology observes, perceives and understands cultural phenomena, it notices what is happening, the framework, conditions and context in which they occur, it explains in a rational way why individuals do what they do.
