Summary/Abstract: The study provides basic information, principles and ideas for the concept of the educational institution "kindergarten" in providing quality, cultural and equitable education for all until 2030. The use of innovative educational concepts in the educational strategy makes an original contribution to improvement of education and the provision of cultural competence, such as the specific situational achievements in the process of acquiring cultural competence. Education is a human right and a key to individual and social development. The Kindergarten concept of cultural competence aims to develop each child's unique personality and provide a policy for leading a fulfilling life. Quality institutional education strengthens democracy, promotes tolerance and a universal attitude towards the world. At the same time, it helps to increase the prestige of the kindergarten and to improve the qualifications of its teachers.
