Summary/Abstract: In this paper, we deal with new technological solutions that can provide public administration to offer self-service or offer certain services to service users. Here we will also provide basic information about software agents that can offer a specific service to a specific user from a unique public administration data warehouse when he needs it. In order to provide self-service and offer services, the public administration must implement a single data warehouse of governments, administrations, administrative organizations, and local self-government units (municipalities and cities) in one place. Part of what is still necessary for the public administration to provide self-service or offer services, and what the service user will be given in this work. The paper will also present part of the results of research carried out in some countries on the readiness of service users for the self-service process and on the acceptance of the offered services.
