Aspects of the interconnection between the inner form and sociocultural peculiarities of the idioms in the works of Aleko Konstantinov in connection with their translation in Serbian and Russian

Summary/Abstract: In this article (which is a part of a comprehensive survey of the idioms in the works of A Konstantinov and their translation in Serbian and Russian language) some aspects of the interconnection between the inner form and national and cultural special features of the idioms in works of the author with the view of their relevant phrases in Serbian and Russian languages are analysed. Among the chosen units there are lots of idioms with changes in its inner form and this kind of interlinguistic asymmetry could be seen first of all in situational idioms. It is well known that the inner form could be related to the image lying in the base of the denomination. What is more it shows the creative character of the denomination and the national, historic and cultural peculiarities of thinking and outlook of a nation. Substantial interlinguistic differences appear among compared on their inner form units and attest to different interpretation of the certain facts from the reality by people from different language communities. In these differences the survey seeks the premises for the available conceptual inconsistencies which are of cultural importance.
