Summary/Abstract: Todor Borov's scientific and organizational activity is crucial for the creation and development of the national bibliography of Bulgaria as a modern system of bulletins, which not only registers the national publishing production, but also performs cultural-historical, documentary and informational functions. He turned it into an independent scientific and practical activity in aid of scientists and a means of spreading Bulgarian scientific thought beyond the borders of our country.
