Summary/Abstract: Insolvency proceedings are judicial proceedings by which justice is done. The general condition for triggering bankruptcy is the insolvency of the debtor. The effects of opening the bankruptcy procedure refer to the rights as well as the obligations of the debtor. The insolvency procedure produces legal effects from the moment the procedure is opened.
