Summary/Abstract: The article, Safety of air culture, is attempting to draw attention to the significant role ob. Culture within the aviation safety management system. The aim of this article is to present the tasks carried out as part of the event situation and specific conditions for the implementation of safety management in all aviation specialties of the organization. In the first part, the authors in a general sense characterize the aims of the article. In the second part, they describe the culture of safe treatment, at all stages and present the essence of „Just Culture” in emergency situations. Therefore, when the main area of concern was identified, the following question was issued: How does Just Culture affect the level of operation of the safety management system of an aviation organization? According to the hypothesis that was adopted in the article, through the use of safety culture to shape, control and control activities in the organization, it is possible and the Just Culture helps to provide protection in the situation. Theoretical methods such as the methods of analysis, synthesis and inference that are correlated with the nature of the problem posed in this article were all used to answer this question.
