Summary/Abstract: The aim of the article was to demonstrate the impact of cultural and ethical aspects on management processes in transnational corporations as organizations driving contemporary economic processes and globalization. The thesis was put forward that culture and ethical issues have a direct impact on the functioning of transnational corporations on the international arena. Relationships between cultural and ethical factors on the functioning of transnational corporations and their organizational culture have been demonstrated. Models of cultural differentiation are discussed. The basis for the conducted research was the analysis of the literature on the subject, previous research conducted in this matter and websites devoted to the discussed topic.
