Summary/Abstract: Since the fjrst day of the declared state of emergency in the country, the staff of “Dimitar Talev” Regional Library – Blagoevgrad, has remained active. There were two tasks: not to lose motivation and to organize the work properly; to keep contact with users and to prove to them that we are helpful and necessary to them.
