Displaying of the annual scientific forum of the Student Scientific Society (SSS) at ULSIT in a periodical with regular information succession Proceedings of the Student Scientific Society at ULSIT (2008 –). Stressing on the fact that the forum is a permanent Rector’s project of the University carrying out in the current year according to the research project ППНП-2020-01/04.03.2020 by the REGULATION of the Ministry of education and science (– OG, №. 73 of 16.09.2016 in force from 01.01.2017).Representation of the conference dedicated to the 70 th anniversary of the State Library Institute – ULSIT and the 15 th anniversary of SSS as a embodiment of the Virtual day of the Open doors of ULSIT with motto: I shall either find a way or make one – Aut inveniam viam, aut faciam. The description of the phenomenology of 3287 publications by students from Bulgaria, Great Britain, Russia, Hungary for 2005–2020, realized in the framework of SSS, and 387 reports, presented in this forum from Bulgaria, Great Britain, Israel, India, Russia, USA. The authorship of the fragment belongs to the students and doctoral students of ULSIT.Introduction to the competition Decameron – an idea for creation and presentation on the annual student forum of essays in connection with the pandemic during the spring 2020 and inspired by the famous work of Boccaccio Decameron. It is stressed upon the exceptional influence on the work and life of Boccaccio of the plague pandemic in Florence in 1348. It is given a biobibliographic outlook of its phenomenology.
