Summary/Abstract: This is a book-review of a new recently appeared thematic archival guide published by the National Archives of Romania, titled The Archives of the Great Union (1917–1920). Volume I. Institutional Fonds. Coordination and foreword by Ioan Drăgan, PhD. Bucharest, 2018.The guide covers the archival fonds of the supreme state, cultural and ecclesiastical institutions in Bucharest and main Romanian cities, concerning the alliance of Transilvania, Bessarabia and Bucovina, also known as the Great Union of Romania of 1918, encompassing the boarder the period 1917–1920 as important for the implementation of the idea of Romanian Union.According to the author of the review, the archival guide is of a very special interest for the researchers of Romanian history and for those who are interested in history of The World War One, because of its comprehensiveness and informational value.
