Summary/Abstract: At the beginning of this study is given a national program published by Hil Mosi in Istanbul, in 1910. Yes also, an open letter addressed to the deputies was also analyzed Albanians in the Ottoman Parliament. In addition to these, Hil Mosi's views on the disarmament of the Albanians by the Ottoman Government are also elaborated, then his evaluations of the Albanian Orthodox, for Albanian schools and other issues related to Albanians and Ottoman Empire.
