Summary/Abstract: The Author, historian of the Rotary – Bulgaria, follows the life path of Dr. N. P. Nikolaev, a remarkable Bulgarian politician, military activist, academic lawyer, diplomat, Member of Parliament, author, founder of the Rotarianism in our country. It`s observed his socially related activity as a publicist, writer and journalist. The text marks the collaboration of the National Library “St. St. Cyril and Methodius” and the Rotary club in Sofia in joint organizing of the exhibition “Memory of Dr. Nikolaev”, as well as presentation of his published “Diaries 1940–1943”.
