Summary/Abstract: The article presents the latest developments of the Bulgarian book publishing sector by bringing and summarizing statistical data for 2018 provided by the National ISBN Agency. The data reported includes facts and figures about new publishers and books in print registered during the reviewed period. Special attention is given to the author-publishers phenomenon as well as to the current state of electronic book publishing.
