Normative Framework of the Problem for the Practical Training of the Students From Specialty "Social Activities"

Summary/Abstract: This report identifies and analyzes key documents that frame students' practical training. They are presented in two groups: European normative documents and National normative documents. European regulations include: the Europe 2020 Smart, Sustainable and Inclusive Growth Strategy; Communiqué from Bucharest - 2012; Communication from the European Commission to the European Parliament, the Council of Europe, the European Economic and Social Committee and the Committee of the Regions on "European Higher Education in the World". And among the national normative documents are: Strategy for the development of higher education in the Republic of Bulgaria for the period 2021 - 2030; National Development Program: Bulgaria 2020; National Strategy for Research Development - 2020; Higher Education Act, 1995. The institutional documents of Konstantin Preslavski - University of Shumen, whose representative at this conference is the author of the report, are also presented in detail.
