Summary/Abstract: This study aims to describe the planning, implementation, evaluation, and reporting of managerial supervision during the Covid-19 pandemic at Bayan 1 Public Vocational School in 2021. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a single case study design. The primary data source for the research was obtained from informants using snowball sampling. The secondary data were in text, literature and other supporting files. Data collection techniques were used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Testing the validity of the data included testing credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The study results show that at the planning stage, it is carried out independently or in groups both online and offline by only involving school supervisors, which is carried out at the beginning of the school year. At the implementation stage, managerial supervision consists of the school principal and vice principal. The evaluation phase is carried out on the same day after the implementation of administrative management in schools, accompanied by follow-up problem-solving on the supervisor's findings related to the condition of the assisted schools. At the reporting stage, it is used as material for school supervisors to provide recommendations to the Education and Culture Office.
