Summary/Abstract: The main purpose of this research is to determine the relationship between perceived organizational support and organizational citizenship Deciency of teachers. Relational screening model, one of the quantitative research methods, was used in the research. 304 secondary education teachers working in official institutions affiliated to the Ministry of National Education (MEB) in Siirt provincial center in 2018-2019 constitute the sample of the research. The Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale and the Perceived Organizational Support Scale were used as data collection tools. In addition, the demographic characteristics of the participants were collected via the information form. A significant and positive relationship was found between the perceived organizational support of teachers and their organizational citizenship.It has been revealed that the organizational support perceived by teachers is a significant predictor of organizational citizenship. In the study, it was found that gender and professional seniority did not make a significant difference on perceived organizational support; gender, professional seniority and educational status did not make a significant difference on their perceived organizational citizenship. The seniority of the teachers in the school where they work does not significantly differentiate the perceived organizational support levels and the seniority in the school, the perceived organizational citizenship level.
