Summary/Abstract: Intellectual property law can be assessed as a true area of transnational law. This article aims to point out the way in which a dispute of intellectual property law gives birth to transnational spaces. Understood also as methodology, transnational law inspires an analysis very familiar to political economy. It exists indeed a political economy of the area of intellectual property law and of intellectual property rights also. The approach of the said area in light of the political economy does not mean to analyse any dispute of intellectual property law in light of ’Law and Economy’ doctrine. Notwithstanding, ’Law and Society’ and ’Law and Economy’ doctrines constitute some of the silent methodological ingredients employed by scholars to capture the core of our Time.
