Summary/Abstract: This article presents in content the Manifesto for Digital Learning Environment, developed by teachers (Michael Kushnir, Ivan Travkin), psychologists (Marina Mdivani, Shamil Hisambeev), programmer (Andrei Mereskin), information architect (Lisa Oreshkina), pedagogical designer La Safina) and analyst (Lara Simonova). The editor of the Manifesto is Natasha Chebotar, and its publisher is Vladimir Sinelnikov. The manifesto addresses issues related to the new organization of educational content, better motivation, new architecture, new pedagogy.
