Summary/Abstract: The article presents an analysis of the rehabilitation institution as a guar-antee given to persons who are in trouble with criminal law as suspects, accused orconvicted. Rehabilitation is guaranteed by the provisions of Articles 110-112 of theCriminal Code of the Republic of Moldova and the article analyzes the rules of crimi-nal procedure contained in the Criminal Procedure Code of the Republic of Moldovarelevant to the investigated issue
