Summary/Abstract: The topic of the article is the issue of climate migration. The scientific community shares the belief that human activity is having an increasing climate impact. The World Bank estimates that by 2050 the number of climate migrants will reach 143 million people. The aim of the article is to present the relationship between the environment and migration movements. In addition, the work will discuss the meaning of the term "environmental migrant". In addition, the problems and differences in defining the concept of environmental migrants will be discussed. The last issue discussed in the article will be the activity of the United Nations for environmental migrants.
