Summary/Abstract: Straipsnyje analizuojami religijos ir verslo santykiai bei pastarojo moralumo lygmuo; nagrinėjami vadybiniai Biblijos elementai, religijos ir lyderystės ryšys (ontopsichologinis požiūris į lyderystę), „tarnaujančios lyderystės" koncepcija, ekonominiai religijos ir vadybos ryšio rezultatai. Apibendrinant analizę, autoriai pateikia pasiūlymus etiškam verslui kurti. The paper deals with a link between religion and business, especially the morality issue of the latter. This paper contains analysis of managerial Biblical elements, religion and leadership relation after onto-psychology, economical results, which were influenced by religion and interpretation of „serving leadership" concept. There are suggestions for establishing moral business in Lithuania in the summary.
