About the Letters Exchanged between Jurij Venelin and Vasil Aprilov

Summary/Abstract: This article is the outcome of a long list of cultural gestures that haven't been decoded yet; such are the letters and their imprint in time. The historical connotation on the subject of Pan-Slavism supports my thesis of the purposeful courting of active public figures from our national revival. The short study in front of you puts the epistolary documents of Yuriy Venelin next to other informative texts about Bulgarian endorsement in the Slavic world.
