Summary/Abstract: Book reviews have gained significant importance in contemporary Turkish academia. It is important to be impartial in such articles, where the criticism or appreciation of the authors is shaped according to the quality of the work. Recently, the open-access book titled “How to Write a Book Review”, authored by Prof. Dr. Muammer İskenderoğlu that has been released by Oku Okut Publications promises to serve as a guiding tool for book reviews. While leaving the overall evaluation of this book to the academic community, this essay will focus on analyzing the criticisms directed towards me and my works in the third heading (Ömer Faruk Erdoğan. The Philosophy of the Celestial) of the second chapter (Sample Review Articles) rather than discussing the quality of the book in question.
