Summary/Abstract: The validity of the law on holidays is not limited in time, but the duration of these laws depends on the stability of the legal and social order in which they were enacted. Unlike secular holidays, which are changeable, religious holidays are permanent. The Law on Holidays of the Republika Srpska equates the religious holidays celebrated by the faithful members of the constituent nations, thus enabling employed persons to use non-working days to celebrate them.
