Summary/Abstract: Review: Michał Januszkiewicz, Horyzonty nihilizmu. Gombrowicz – Borowski – Różewicz [The Horizons of Nihilism: Gombrowicz–Borowski–Różewicz], Poznań 2009. A discussion of the subject of nihilism in the works of Witold Gombrowicz, Tadeusz Borowski and Tadeusz Różewicz, with the nihilistic philosophy of Friedrich Nietzsche and the ‘weak thought’ theory by Gianni Vattimo assumed as the points of reference. The study is complemented by considerations on the concept of the anti-hero in contemporary Polish prose works.
