Summary/Abstract: Extracurricular educational services are provided by several actors: public, private, non-governmental sector, etc. The purpose of this study is to identify extracurricular services and activities provided by institutions in the general education system. It is about the way of organization and operation of circles, clubs and other school entities, but also the character (voluntary or mandatory participation of students). In this sense, we examined the systems practiced in the following countries: France, Belgium and Germany.
