Summary/Abstract: In fact, a review of this Treaty, entitled Introduction to Doctrinology. Treatise on the Science of minimum Forecasts: Principles, Strategies, Hypotheses, could be written almost alone, if we select fragments of the three generous presentations, true User's Guides and best practices for interpretation of criteria of this science, which the author calls doctrinology - the science of economic, political, ideological doctrines etc.; a metaconsciousness of historical practice, cultural practice, human condition. The three introductions - On a project of the present time (PhD. Napoleon Pop), Plea for a non-canonical book (acad. Lucian-Liviu Albu) and A pilgrim among doctrines or about the reliability of meta-doctrines (acad. Ilie Bădescu) - signed by outstanding personalities, each in their field of activity (financial markets, money and banking), map the complex and basic ideas, the novelty and originality of the method, approach and analytical models and their ability to generate predictions in the fields addressed.
