Summary/Abstract: The study concerns selected aspects of the principle of non-discrimination based on religion in employment. The text deals with topics related to the very concept of discrimination based on religion. The importance of the jurisprudence of international courts in the Polish internal legal order is indicated. The basic legal regulations relating to the undertaken topic were characterized, with partial consideration of quite poor jurisprudence. Reference was also made to the Australian regulation of the issue of discrimination based on religion, in the context of the need to organize and expand the regulation in question in the Polish (and perhaps also European) legal order.
