Summary/Abstract: In order to better understand this method of liability, it is necessary to make a comparative analysis of the provisions of the Civil Code of 1864, with those of the Civil Code, being necessary to present, in some places, the evolution of these institutions. doctrinaire and on jurisprudential solutions, which constituted the premises for the birth of the new regulations in the matter. We must also note from the comparative analysis of the new trends of objectification of tortious civil liability, modern trends that have the role of responding and more potential respondents can be attracted.
