Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is the issue of catechetical meetings of school prefects in the Kingdom of Poland, which took place in Częstochowa and Warsaw in the years 1906–1917. The entire issue was presented in a summary manner, presenting it in two aspects: organizational (preparation and course) and substantive (papers, discussions, postulates). Thanks to this, not only the history of catechetical meetings in the Russian partition was presented, but also their achievements related to the theory and catechetical practice of that period in such important areas as: religious education programs and textbooks, qualifications and professional competences of school prefects, and catechetical pastoral care of children. and youth, and creating structures for the association of Polish catechists.
