Summary/Abstract: Andrei Pleșu has written only sporadically about music. Instead, he made music in the company of Johnny Răducanu: from the dark and hopeless times of 1989 there remains a recording from Tescani, where the exiled Andrei Pleșu, with his unmistakably sonorous timbre - warm, expressively modulated and with humour on every detail of the language (Romanian, French, Italian...) - plays with a piano gusto.
