Summary/Abstract: This article is concerns characterising the officials serving in the registration departments in pris- ons and detention centres. The purpose of this article is to identify the requirements the specialist personnel must meet while performing administrative tasks in the registration department in the context of the analysis of the overall structure and the complexity of the tasks performed by the officials. This article outlines the system for selecting candidate officers for the aforementioned departments.
