Administrative procedure law in Hungarian national media administration 1.

Summary/Abstract: The study aims to present the specificities of administrative proceeding and procedural law in media administration and its relation to the general rules of administrative procedure in two parts. In particular, the study analyses the administrative legal institutions, principles and specific guarantee system of media procedures. The study also comparatively discusses the implementation of certain institutions of public procedural law in media administration, with special emphasis on the rights of the client and the necessary elements of administrative enforcement in the media field.
