Summary/Abstract: Remote working is a way of carrying out the activity in full expansion because of the advantages it confers to the workers in terms of balance between the personal life and the professional life. In this context, the intervention of the legislator is necessary, in order to favour this way of carrying on the activity, simultaneously with the protection of workers, according to the purpose of the labour law.
