Summary/Abstract: This gloss is a commentary on the judgment of the District Court in the New Court, in which the Court dismissed a claim of plaintiff in the area of maintenance obligation of defendants. At the beginning, it showed the description of the facts of the case pending in court. In the next part of this elaboration it showed many concept that were created of the Court in this judgement, which presented in the research analysis. These considerations use international regulations, views of legal doctrine and the ruling case in the area of maintenance obligation. The text contains the required bibliography.
