Summary/Abstract: A complaint against a bailiff’s actions is one of the most important institutions of judicial enforcement proceedings. It is a special means of appeal, which allows the court to control the proceedings by the bailiff and, if necessary, to remove irregularities in the form of a decision issued by the court. A particularly important function of this institution is to secure the proper course of enforcement proceedings by the legislator and to provide the parties with a sense of guarantee of their rights. The article discusses the institution of a complaint against the bailiff’s actions, the manner of its submission, the deadline, actions subject to appeal, at the same time indicating possible motives for the decision.
