Summary/Abstract: The article presents the possibility of using the Good Food Print (GFP) coefficient for evaluating the quality of food produced from organic farming products. The adoption of the GFP measure has been tested on real data from organic farms in the Mazowieckie Voivodeship obtained through the Agrobiotest certifier.
