Summary/Abstract: The article is an attempt at a preliminary analysis of Ovid’s presence (his life and work) on YouTube from two perspectives: syntactic, taking into account the specific nature of the website and social media, and comparing the current knowledge about the author of Metamorphoses with examples of his reception.
