The implementation of new business of insurance and reinsurance act, referring to legal 30. Art. 27 ust. 5 u.dz.u.r.

Summary/Abstract: The subject of the article is an analysis of the provisions of the new Law on Insurance and Reinsurance Activity relating to a specific type of insurance, such as legal expenses insurance. The new regulations, which are a consequence of the implementation of the provisions of the Solvency II Directive, to a large extent coincide with the demands of the doctrine formulated in relation to the original regulations of 2003.
