Analysis of the usability and functionality of the e-podróżnik.pl mobile application in the light of own research

Summary/Abstract: The article is devoted to the e-podróżnik.pl mobile application. Its purpose is to analyze the usability, and functionality of this application. It is characterized and its activities are presented. Usability and functionality are defined in the text. The entire methodology of the study was characterized, including the purpose and scope of the study, research problems, as well as the organization and course of the study. The research tool – the survey questionnaire – was also described. The results were presented, analyzed, and interpreted. Conclusions have been drawn that the usability and functionality of the application, and the user experience of using the application can be improveed.
