Summary/Abstract: Nowadays, museums are struggling to redefine their art of relevance to the public in the context of the challenges regarding the tension between the traditional role of the museum and the extraordinary need to attract new audiences. Living in an increasingly consumerist world, the exhibitions spaces from the museums take on new meanings, they are theatrical and participatory as they allow the developments of specific contents under new forms and they are intended for a broad audience.Museums experiment in order to demonstrate their innovative potential or their ability to adapt to certain financial, political or technological circumstances. One such example is The Oas Museum,which, over time, has built a diversified discourse on several exhibition levels. The way exhibition space transforms itself depends on both the exhibits and the way the public chooses to interract with.
