Summary/Abstract: Our main concern is the development of a critical dialogical thinking, based on an analytical perspective of the media, of the information conveyed between citizens and of this constantly maintained gap between scholarly and popular culture. Based on the work of Salanskis, Gergen and, to a lesser extent, Castoriadis, we endeavor to underline the ethanalytic share of meaning perspective, which represents the basis of our collective relations. By questioning ourselves on the epistemological necessary principles for the organization of the territories of meaning, we hope to succeed in demonstrating the significance of this co-determination between individuals and the importance that we must allow to what is conveyed at the level of our collective exchanges, within our academic institutions or by the cultural media industry. Rather than trying to maintain this cleavage between two cultures, we rather propose to rethink a horizontal dialogue which, without falling into the relativity of the discourses, invites to co-construct these epistemological criteria. Through the development of a critical dialogical research community, this will allow us to shed light on these different discourses.
