German-Polish-Russian trialog, or discussing the idea of Kaliningrad Triangle

Summary/Abstract: The Kaliningrad Triangle, a forum for an exchange of opinions at the foreign ministers level, may give Poland valuable insights into the German-Russian dialogue, which is important psychologically as well as practically. However, an asymmetry of the bilateralisms within the Triangle poses a major barrier, of not only psychological nature. For this barrier to be removed, common priorities must be identified in individual sectors of cooperation.
