Summary/Abstract: Scientific literature covers numerous studies carried out at showing the impact of learning on professional activity, earnings, position, etc. The effect of health or social activity on the level of life satisfaction is also one of the most often chosen aim of the research. Much less frequently we encounter studies indicating the relationship between learning and health, well-being or life satisfaction. The aim of the article is to analyze the impact of learning on the life satisfaction of people aged 50 and over based on the results of the 8th round of the SHARE (The Survey of Health, Aging and Retirement in Europe).
