Summary/Abstract: Throughout history agrarian based empires kept in touch with nomadic cultures dealing with animal husbandry. These relations continued mostly at commercial level as well as in the political field, and second part led companies to very bloody processes from time to time. Academicians have a general opinion about both cultures within the limits of their knowledge and it is mostly considered as correct up to a point. Archaeological excavations generally confirm these opinions but in some cases, game changers are also encountered. The article refers to the commercial relations between Central Asian Hellenistic cities dwellers and Tien Shan mountains inhabitants through the ceramic unearthed in an excavation made in 2022, Kyrgyzstan.
