Aspects Affecting the Throwing Speed of the Load

Summary/Abstract: The article presents the results of research that investigates the influence of the throwingtechnique and the training of the individual on the forensic evaluation of the weightthrow. For the purposes of this work, a trained individual is considered to be a personwho does sports at least three times a week and has participated in one of the prestigiouscompetitions in the last two years (for example, national or world championships, or otherimportant competitions for a given type of sport). To achieve the goal, three hypothe-ses were established. The contribution presents concrete kinematic values of throwinga stone of 0.5 kg and 1 kg. Trained individuals have been shown to perform significantlybetter than untrained individuals. It has proven itself with all variable parameters, i.e. withall types of litter and with both loads.
