Summary/Abstract: : In any society, regardless of the economic-social, political and administrative context, the importance of culture and its influence on public management and managers, is a source of inspiration at all times. Culture influences the internal and external environment of the organizational structure, because the impact and importance of culture is felt on the entire managerial and organizational system but also on the collectives. The set of customs, habits and beliefs in the culture of a society intersects directly or indirectly with the manifestations, managerial behaviors and expertise in each field of organizational structures. The concept of culture intertwines with the concept of the managerial system in an organization, as the ways of development of a society have an impact on managerial performance. Cultural values lay the foundations of values in public management and managers.
